2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 2026ph4 is lawful in your jurisdiction. 2026ph4 does not accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use 2026ph4:
2.4 Verification. 2026ph4 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, and PRC ID.
3.1 Single Account. Each individual may register only one (1) account on 2026ph4. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances pending investigation.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 2026ph4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Account Closure. 2026ph4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to you.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 2026ph4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) are also accepted for deposits.
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. The following payment methods are strictly prohibited on 2026ph4: (a) any form of cryptocurrency; (b) credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under applicable Philippine regulations.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. 2026ph4 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on 2026ph4 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Any currency conversion fees incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. 2026ph4 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze or close accounts under investigation.
5.1 General. 2026ph4 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 2026ph4 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
5.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 2026ph4 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Real-money funds deposited into your account are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 4.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All games on 2026ph4 use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to independent monitoring. 2026ph4 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, 2026ph4 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. No compensation beyond the refund of the original wager will be payable in such circumstances.
6.3 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify 2026ph4 customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. 2026ph4 will investigate the matter and its decision shall be final and binding.
6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 2026ph4 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2026ph4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 2026ph4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 2026ph4 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 2026ph4 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, 2026ph4 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
